Claims Approach

Experienced and Dedicated Claims Professionals Our experienced claims team is comprised of seasoned professionals aligned with each of our specialty product lines. As needed, we partner with specialized claims consultants to ensure that no matter how complex our client's claim may be, the proper technical expertise is employed to analyze and resolve the loss. Consistent best practice standards are established and monitored by our Chief Claims Officer, Catherine Kalaydjian, along with her senior management team and are applied across all of Endurance's product lines and geographies.

Value Added Client Services In addition to providing timely and high quality claims management, our claims team offers advisory services to our business partners. Periodic claims reviews of our reinsurance clients provide valuable feedback including independent claims analyses, perspectives on mutual reserving philosophies, recommendations on third party consultants and attorneys and suggestions to improve loss notification processes. The team offers tailored claims and legal research and provides operational reviews to our clients resulting in observations and recommendations on their claims department organization, staffing, processes and technology.
